Perfectionist Pick
Sometimes timing is vital. We understand that some of our puppy parents are extremely busy and waiting for a puppy may not be an option. That’s why we offer the “Perfectionist Pick”. This is our ultimate all inclusive package for the discerning family.
For an additional fee, the Perfectionist Pick package allows a family to go to the top of the waiting list, as well as have their new fur baby receive three weeks of Puppy Kindergarten. This way the family is able to get their new family member in the time frame they need, and their puppy has a huge head start in fitting right into the family. Foundations
We take immense pride in working to ensure that every puppy leaves us as prepared as possible to be the most adaptable companion possible. However, only so much can be done in the few weeks I have them before they go to their forever homes. For families wishing for more hands on training, we offer our Foundations Program.
Foundations is just that: an intensive program of one on one training focused on building a foundation of adaptability, sociability and emotional intelligence. We focus less during this time on “tricks” such as “roll over” and “fetch”, and much more on the puppy learning how to learn. Each puppy receives daily one on one training during which we focus on socialization and basic obedience, dominance/pack hierarchy, communication with the rest of the family, den training, etc.
At the end of its time in our Foundations Program, your puppy will be even further equipped to fit right into any lifestyle, and to roll with the surprises that life throws at all of us.
Because each Foundation student receives so much one on one attention and training, space is limited. My husband and I have both been professional dog trainers for over 45 years each, and we personally do 100% of the training and education at Puppy Perfectionist.
